String beans (150g) clean and wash in cold water. Stew finely chopped onion in a saucepan with the addition of string beans, pour 1 dl hot water and cook until all the beans become soft. During stewing add a little hot water. Remove from the heat and add the chopped tomato, vegetable spices (dill, basil, parsley), salt and stir. Whisk 1 egg white and add 1 sour milk. Pour over beans brown in preheated oven.
