150g hazelnuts/ almonds
2 tablespoons carob / cocoa
Bake hazelnut / almond in the oven, and then put all the ingredients in a blender to obtain a creamy mass. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator, and when you need it, take 100g of strawberries / cherries (raspberries or seasonal fruit) and one tablespoon of "Nutella-mixture". Unite them in a blender or mixer, and be sure to eat along with a bottle of water 0.5 ml, respectively.
